I know. I t seems obvious when you have the scene in your mind. But it is totally different when you have to think about 25 movies and several clues can be interpreted in different ways.
However, I'm optimistic that it will be solved this weekend.

I agree that this seems like a scenario that should jump right out at me. But nothing so far. I think do I get the clue that reappears through the thread, in a broad sense.

    New page.
    Eon character
    1. Mars goes all in for Murrie.
    2. I'm a quick diver. But not in TB-style.
    3. My aim is "similar" to the one of the main villain.
    4. In the beginning of the scene, I had the lead and I enjoyed it this way.
    5. "Make peace" is not in my nature. Not at all.
    6. Bond uses an item, which was also helpful for him in LTK.
    7. Before that, my counterpart is talking about a great lover.
    8. Mars (see clue 1) interrupts my speech.
    9. I like giving orders but at the end of the scene, it is me getting orders and I need to be glad that I get them.
    10. A lot of the main characters are in this scene.
    11. Murrie (see clue 1) asks a question which will give me something to think about for the next days.
    12. My counterpart (Murrie) doesn't want to show me his/her back.
    13. At the beginning of the scene, I'm very opinionated.

    14. Go back to the beginning and think about chocolate.

    15. While the scene becomes more intellectual, the editor thought it was a good time to cut to a sign outdoor informing about toilets.
    16. Suddenly, I see what you are talking about and it frightens me, too.
    17. Addition to clue #10: Only Q is missing.

    Not:
    Admiral Roebuck
    Anya Amasova
    Columbo
    Jinx
    Koskov
    Pushkin
    Max Denbigh
    Raoul Silva
    Severine's bodyguard

    Clair Dowar.

It is indeed Clair Dowar, minister of the court in SF

    Good job @QBranch

    1. Mars goes all in for Murrie.
Mars and Murrie were the two men whose names gave the chocolate its name: M & M's. This would already give away that two "Ms" are part of the scene. The actual M and the later M. Mallory goes all in for M by jumping and taking the bullet for her.
    2. I'm a quick diver. But not in TB-style.
When Silva enters the room, she reacts quickly and dives behind here chair. (Sidenote: There is a mistake if you look carefully: She is jumping up and it looks like she would hide but a few seconds later she is sitting there again (when we see it from Silva's view).
    3. My aim is "similar" to the one of the main villain.
Get rid of M! (She doen't want to kill her but get rid of her job at the MI6)
    4. In the beginning of the scene, I had the lead and I enjoyed it this way.
She started the proceedings and it sounds like she enjoyed pointing out all the mistakes that M(I6) did.
    5. "Make peace" is not in my nature. Not at all.
Her name is "Dowar". "Do war" is quite the opposite of "make peace".
    6. Bond uses an item, which was also helpful for him in LTK.
Fire extinguishers are used to create smokescreen while Bond uses one to fight during the tanker chase in LTK.
    7. Before that, my counterpart is talking about a great lover.
M: "My late husband was a great lover of poetry"
    8. Mars (see clue 1) interrupts my speech.
    Mallory interrupts Dowar.
    9. I like giving orders but at the end of the scene, it is me getting orders and I need to be glad that I get them.
Eve shouts "Go, go, go" and Dowar runs out (and survives)
    10. A lot of the main characters are in this scene.
Bond, Silva, M, Tanner, Eve, Mallory.
    11. Murrie (see clue 1) asks a question which will give me something to think about for the next days.
"How safe do you feel?" (Does England need the MI6?)
    12. My counterpart (Murrie) doesn't want to show me his/her back.
Tanner wants M to leave. "I would be damned if I show her my back."
    13. At the beginning of the scene, I'm very opinionated.
    She is.
    14. Go back to the beginning and think about chocolate.
    Clue 1 is about chocolate...
    15. While the scene becomes more intellectual, the editor thought it was a good time to cut to a sign outdoor informing about toilets.
M is doing poetry while we see Bond coming up the stairs of "Westminster Station". The sign also tells us that there are toilets...
    16. Suddenly, I see what you are talking about and it frightens me, too.
M: "What I see, frightens me." Dowar is also scared when Silva enters the room.
    17. Addition to clue #10: Only Q is missing.
    See clue 10.

Excellent Round @goldenswissroyale ! Congratulations @QBranch. I was looking for anything involving nuts and/or chocolate. Hence my Columbo guess.

Many thanks, @goldenswissroyale - it was the "show my back" comment which did it for me. Here we go:

I'm in the car but I'm not driving.
Still, I should not be distracted.
I don't shoot in and out - just the latter.
This phase would last for about 5 years.

Let's narrow it down a bit. No one from:
    GF
    FYEO
    AVTAK

    EON character.
I'm in the car but I'm not driving.
Still, I should not be distracted.
I don't shoot in and out - just the latter.
This phase would last for about 5 years.
    The car is parked.
I'm partially behind glass and glasses.
There is an ejection, but it's not a Korean.
It's not 'give and take' here, it's 'take and take back'!
Do you know what that is? Does the audience even know?
    I'm a bit blue.
You could probably say I'm into the blue.
When you first see me, something happens out of the blue.
    Seconds earlier, something blew.

Or at least tell me if my last guess was correct. If we don’t hear anything within the next two days, I guess we’ll move on.
