    Is it Vargas from Thunderball. Haven't seen this in ages but some of the clues seem to add up

    I thought long and hard about some fiendish character to do but just can't find a suitable name. Damn it, will have to go with something a bit easier this time

    This will not be the usual long contest, just getting on with this now, too tired for usual extravaganzas..
