    Eon character. Named.

    1. Come closer, we need to rush...
    2. It would have been smarter if I had realized this a bit earlier.
    3. Turkey isn't on the screen but was part of my earlier scene.
    4. Bond and I have a similar secret.
    5. A four-legged animal can be spotted behind me.
    6. Red and green lights are part of both of my scenes.
    7. Patriotism isn't helpful this time.
    8. Bond does not belong to Disney but I do.
    9. In my first scene, we are three allies talking: me and two with hats.
    10. Bond isn't the only one whose first marriage didn't last.
    11. My one is much taller than Bonds but his one still impresses me.
    12. Seriously, why did I explain this to the other guys but not to Bond!?

    Incorrect:
    Hinx
    Jack Wade
    Luigi
    Patrice

I hope the word "headgear" wasn't misleading. I'm not sure if this word is fitting here...therefore I change it to "hat". Both of the other two allies are wearing some kind of hat.

    Jack Wade in TND?
  • Damn these are tasty clues. The Disney one's really stumped me and the animal in the background is also pretty enticing.

Yeah this is a tough one, been racking my brain all morning, the Turkey reference is tough too, there were only 3 movies where Turkey was a location (since he capitalized it) and I don't recall seeing the bird in it. The mainstream Disney reference was why I gravitated to my answer since Bautista played Drax in GOTG. The only other Disney reference I was leaning toward was Moneypenny since Naomi played Calypso in Pirates of the Caribbean but the first scene clue doesn't match. So I'm stuck at the moment.

    Looks like a bingo.
As usual, I'm completely hopeless when it comes to the Brosnan/Craig films.

Yes, like Hans Landa/Blofeld would say: "That's a bingo!".
@CommanderRoss was once again very close and a lot of clues were also fitting for Jack Wade. However, @Birdleson was quicker. Well done, both of you.

Dr. Dave Greenwalt, the GPS expert (TND)

    1. Come closer, we need to rush...
Bond comes closer and the need to rush to prevent WWIII. But the main reason for this clue was another one. The actor Colin Stinton played in the movies "Closer" and "Rush".
    2. It would have been smarter if I had realized this a bit earlier.
He notices that Bond is jumping in waters belonging to Vietnam instead of chinese waters. He explains this to Wade and another guy while Bond is still in the plane. While they discuss the danger (he has US markings on the suit, fins etc.) instead of stopping Bond (!), Bond jumps...
    3. Turkey isn't on the screen but was part of my earlier scene.
On Greenwalts screen we can see Vietnam and China but logically not Turkey. Turkey (but not the country) is part of the conversation in the earlier scene. Jack Wade says to Bond (while they are walking to Greenwalt): "Officially, uncle Sam is completely neutral in this turkey shoot."
    4. Bond and I have a similar secret.
Bond has the GPS encoder and Greenwalt says: " The GPS encoder is one of the most closely guarded secrets in the US military.
    5. A four-legged animal can be spotted behind me.
A guard with a dog (a German shepherd dog, I believe)
    6. Red and green lights are part of both of my scenes.
When the encoder is plugged in and on the plane to signal for Bond when to jump.
    7. Patriotism isn't helpful this time.
    US markings in Vietnam
    8. Bond does not belong to Disney but I do.
    GreenWALT
    9. In my first scene, we are three allies talking: me and two with hats.
Bonds hat of his uniform and Wades less stylish hat...
    10. Bond isn't the only one whose first marriage didn't last.
Jack Wade talks about his first marriage.
    11. My one is much taller than Bonds but his one still impresses me.
The GPS device of Greenwalt and the smaller GPS encoder Bond took from Gupta. It is impressing because he didn't expect Bond would have such an encoder.
    12. Seriously, why did I explain this to the other guys but not to Bond!?
See clue 2: Why explain it to Wade and the other dude instead of stopping Bond?! Was Dr. Greenwalt a villain like the other doctor in this movie??? ;)

Good News guys! Thanks to a cut and paste by @Creasy47 from April of 2019 that I was able to dig up I have a sizable work of recreating the Master List already done for me. I should have it all up to date in a week or two.

    Named Character with Dialogue.

    Clues

    1. Volatile emotions aside, my response to Bond made absolutely no sense.
    2. I take part in a scenario that is in many ways repeated in a later film, featuring a different Bond in the relevant scene.
    3. My demeanor and dress seem to imply that I am most likely the smarter one, but events and my own words do not bear that out.

I'm happy to have accidentally helped out nearly three years back. It makes me realize it'd be good to save a lot more lists and whatnot throughout the forum elsewhere, just in case. Good future-proofing, for sure.
