    I somehow missed your reply and unnecessarily added another clue as you are indeed correct, it is the sneaky henchman from GF's PTS. Well done!

    1. My cause of death is the same as another character in the movie.
    Both Capungo and Oddjob die by electrocution.
    2. Both Mrs. Bond and I handle the same object... with dire consequences.
    Following both characters grabbing Bond's gun out of its holster, Tracy has her arm twisted and gets slapped by Bond while Capungo meets a 'shocking' end.
    3. My accomplice is indirectly responsible for my demise.
    Bonita's water filled bathtub serves as Capungo's deathbed after Bond hurls an electric fan into it.
    5. In certain regards, I can be considered Bond’s first.
    Capungo is the first character killed by Bond in a PTS as well as not being related in any way to the main plot.
    6. Mix a high ranking mafioso and his tool of the trade and it may show you the way.
    CAPO and GUN = anagram for CAPUNGO.
    6. My name is only revealed during the end credits.
    Self explanatory.
    7. Tee-Hee and I have quite a lot in common.
    Both baddies work for a heroin trafficker and they seek to kill Bond after he has succesfully completed his mission. Both incapacitate Bond's love interest in some way and their demise is immediatley followed by a quip and the title song.
    8. Bond is alerted to the henchman's presence by seeing his reflection in the treacherous belly dancer's eye.
    9. JON LATIF
    Anagram for Alf Joint, the stuntman who played Capungo.

    Thanks. To be honest I didn't expect this round to last as long as it did and with that many guesses (surely a record for a character I played) so it was indeed quite rewarding.
