=D> to you, @goldenswissroyale, for your Samuel solve! Fun round; I did some research and somehow came across this Pepper quote which caught my attention at once.
Next round; named EON character with dialogue, from quite a well-known scene:
1. I try to get in Bond's way
2. I don't do what I'm told to do
3. I somewhat 'lose track' several times
4. Not a view to a kill (or a catch)
5. She doesn't seem to like my presence
6. Several vehicles here
7. One person who calls me by name isn't content with me.
8. I announce what my problem is
9. Very different kinds of vehicles here
10. Quite some humour in this scene
11. I manage to get in Bond's way
12. Technical problem
13. This vehicle has quite an unusual colour
14. In and out of this building
15. Green colour
16. I damage things here and there

my character
a) is less successful than Pam Bouvier with what he/she is doing
b) doesn't make as much noise as Naomi
c) isn't as old as the oyster truck driver
d) meets the real James Bond and arguably has a better style of clothing than Rhoda
e) doesn't seem to be as capable as Anya Amasova
f) doesn't seem to be quite as likeable as Kara Milovy
