The Chimera boat captain from SF?

I'm feeling confident now I remember a chimera is one-third lion. Love the fact that he is killed by a henchman - great clue!

Couldn’t remember this character to save my life but after reading some Bond wikia it’s a lock 100%
    Well done.
I’m completely hopeless when it comes to minor characters from Brosnan/Craig eras.

Yes, that's it. Boat Captain from SF! Congratulations! Great win @Tokoloshe2.
The fact that he is killed (by accident) by his own people was a main reason why I liked to play him.

    1. I do what Bond forgot to do in the PTS of GE.
"Beg pardon, I forgot to knock" is the line from GE. And the Boat Captian knocks at Severine's door on the Chimera.
    2. Mr White and I got the same treatment.
Shot in the leg by Bond.
    3. Something with three wheels is part of my last scene.
When Bond and Silva walk outside (on his Island), the scene starts with a bicylce with three wheels. There are more bicylces on this Island than in all other Bond films together (?!)
    4. I'm killed by a henchman.
Bond uses him as protection shield and he is shot in the back several times.
    5. You meet the Lion King before you see me...
Bond hears a henchman Screaming (killed by a komodo dragon) and comments: "circle of life", which is a famous song from Lion King. There are also lion sculptures behind the komodo dragons.
    6. ...and there is also a 33.33% connection between my vehicle and a lion.
THe yacht is called "Chimera = a mythological, fire-breathing monster, commonly represented with a lion's head, a goat's body, and a serpent's tail
    7. Why isn't Bond holding my gun on the movie poster?
Bond is firing while lying on the Ground. Like we see him in the moment before he wins the upper hand against Silva on the Island. It's his PPK on the poster but it's the Captain's gun in the movie.
    8. Benson, Nikolai...
    Other Captains...(TSWLM, TWINE)
    9. I'm dressed the same, day and night.
He wears the same in all the scenes. The first scene is at night, the rest happens the next day.
    10. The first one is ice cold, the second one the next day is as old as Roger in TSWLM. Both are not for me!
Champagne on the Chimera and 50 year-old scotch on the Island.

Thanks, that was a good character choice. Hopefully this one is too.

One clue to start off; with a bit of thought it might be all you need.

    1. Just remember in the winter, far beneath the bitter snows...

One more clue for this Eon character:

    1. Just remember in the winter, far beneath the bitter snows...

    2. I am the source of some regret and embarrassment.

Bettie midler sang 'the rose' from which the line comes. She plays in Hello Dolly which is a famous song by Louis Armstrong. Which brings me to OHMSS. Fits with the snow as well.
Some regret and embarrasment. IIRC Draco uses those words, or words to that effect, to discribe his former wife, an English 'rose'. So, Theresa di Vicenzo's mother?

That's such a well-thought-out and clever answer, that I feel almost ashamed to say it's not right.

    But nonetheless, a splendid effort.

    Third clue:

    1. Just remember in the winter, far beneath the bitter snows...

    2. I am the source of some regret and embarrassment.

    3. It might be a little hot and sweaty in here, but at least I didn't suffocate him

    Incorrect:

    003
    Flower shop girl (FYEO)
    Franz Oberhauser
    Hannes Oberhauser
    Rosie Carver
    Sister Rose
    "The Lady Rose"
    Theresa Di Vicenzo's mother
