    Eon character, non speaking part

    1) A blink and you miss it moment
    2) I can't have got the memo about what was going on
    3) Bond spoiling the party
    4) What I'm doing is comically incongruous
    5) given the circumstances I was doing well with my task
    6) How could I have been so oblivious? There was ample evidence that should have made me change my task
    7)My colleagues all intend violence, but I have come for a different purpose it seems
    8) I have something which Bond would have wanted for his use after this sequence

    I've added 2 clues and no one has guessed since. Also I've narrowed the search a lot. Fine by me, I will be the longest serving host of this game eh. The regulars aren't playing. Anyone else want to drop out?
