    No, not him, but I did play that character before.

    Clues:

    1.) I have something that'll remind you of the great and the terrible.
    2.) Trust me, I was the same in a previous life.
    3.) At this rate, one might think I'm a double agent.
    4.) In the scheme of things, I'm actually a pretty big deal.
    5.) Don't worry, I've got your back.
    6.) You could say I dabble in medicine.
    7.) Someone had an idea that was better than mine.
    8.) Cause and effect; why didn't I see this coming?
    9.) Three blind mice...until we aren't.
    10.) Someone should've changed their priorities.
    11.) Nobody really cared about me from the start, or maybe I wouldn't be where I am.
    12.) Three below the fourth, of five each.
    13.) What a view...to a kill!
    14.) When you lose all hope, I'll be there for you.
    15.) I don't have much to say, until I really need to.

    Alright! Looking forward to the explanations as there's still a couple I can't figure out. Another great round, Creasy. You've really come into your own in the past few months.

    Many thanks, guys! Here are the clues and their answers:

    1.) I have something that'll remind you of the great and the terrible.
    Scar on the right side of his face: literary Bond (the great) had one, and Blofeld (the terrible) has one.
    2.) Trust me, I was the same in a previous life.
    20 years prior, Braun is a character in OHMSS, who is also a henchman of the main villain’s.
    3.) At this rate, one might think I'm a double agent.
    He helps kill Heller, and leads Sanchez to the money that results in Krest’s death.
    4.) In the scheme of things, I'm actually a pretty big deal.
    For the reasons mentioned in Clue #3, plus he helps kill Dalia and maim Felix.
    Don't worry, I've got your back.
    He’s in the pick-up truck at the very back of the convoy during the finale.
    6.) You could say I dabble in medicine.
    He helps Dario with “surgery” by holding the guy who gets his heart cut out.
    7.) Someone had an idea that was better than mine.
    Before he goes through the wall of flames in the finale, his henchmen jump out the back. Braun and Perez stay and perish.
    8.) Cause and effect; why didn’t I see this coming?
    Driving through the fire led to his tires being destroyed (since they were covered in gasoline).
    9.) Three blind mice, until we aren’t.
    All three main henchmen (Dario, Perez, and Braun) are unaware of who Bond really is until the end in the lab.
    10.) Someone should’ve altered their priorities.
    If Felix hadn’t pursued them in the beginning, Della wouldn’t have died and he wouldn’t have been tortured.
    11.) Nobody really cared about me from the start, or maybe I wouldn’t be where I am.
    Felix, Bond, and the others opt to chase after Franz during the PTS, allowing Braun and the rest of the men to escape.
    12.) Three below the fourth, of five a piece.
    This was the bonus clue: Braun, Perez, and Dario (3) are Franz’s (the 4th) main henchmen, and all four have (5) letters in their name.
    13.) What a view…to a kill!
    Braun and Perez fly right over Pam’s plane and nearly take her out with them.
    14.) When you lose all hope, I’ll be there for you.
    Braun picks up Perez and the other men after Pam blinds them with the dust and they have no vehicle to continue the pursuit.
    15.) I don’t have much to say, until I really need to.
    He doesn’t speak (aside from saying "Shh" to Della) until he’s on fire and screaming as he flies off the side of the cliff.
    16.) I’ll make my mark when the time is right.
    He waits to torture Felix and kill Della until after Sanchez is rescued.
    17.) Offical cause of death: unconfirmed and unenjoyable.
    We don’t know if the flames or the fall kill him.
    18.) I’ll give Bond some déjà vu with a better ending.
    While Braun holds down the man in the PTS so his heart can get cut out, and holds down Felix while he sets up the pulley for him to be dropped in the shark tank, he also does it for a third time by holding down Bond to tie him up at the end, only Bond isn't tortured or killed.
    19.) If we were robbing a bank, I guess I’d be the getaway driver.
    During both the PTS and the finale, he’s responsible for driving.
    20.) Be quiet; it won’t be as bad for you.
    Braun says “Shhhh” to quiet Della, then kills her (causing much less pain than Felix receives.)
    21.) I share my name with a Bond ally in real life.
    Perez calls him ‘Pedro’ when they’re in the Wavekrest; Pedro is the real first name of Ali Kerim Bey from FRWL.
    22.) Gotta keep an eye out for friendly fire.
    Braun and Perez come close to shooting one another when they're looking for the safe on the Wavekrest.
    23.) If I had a few extra seconds, things may have gone differently.
    Braun comes very close to finding Pam’s hiding spot before Perez spots the money.

    I also didn't get around to it (was going to post it this morning), but here was one last clue I had typed up and ready to go:

    24.) Should’ve kept things simple and I wouldn’t have accidentally helped Bond.
    By sticking around and sending Heller’s body through the wall, he gives Bond a way to escape.

    Very interesting. There's no way I would've ever come up with the answer to that bonus clue. You certainly provided us with a challenge.

    Thank you! Even when I began the round, I didn't know his name was Pedro. On the last rewatch, I noticed Perez calls him that so he can come see all the money that Bond stashed.

    @Birdleson, that's some solid thinking. I've had that happen before, where a particular clue has me so certain it's from one particular movie.

    While I didn't limit my guess (regarding that one clue) to Octopussy, I thought the exact same thing, Birdleson, wondering if it related to Ivan and Peter--it would've been a perfect clue for a connection with Russia. Sounds like Creasy didn't do that on purpose to take us off the path ("it's just misdirection!")
