This is one of my favorite threads on all of the pages and it's a shame to see it neglected so often, that's all
Still in the dark about who this can truly be, So..
I'll have a go at, The leader of the Pussy Galore flying circus (champagne leader ?)
We never knew her real name, but it's all I can think of right now
It's imperative that this is kept moving, and not just neglected or washed away
Once again, more clues @Brady please would be much appreciated

Mainly the 'look before you sit' thing. Nobody likes to be electrocuted in a business meeting with Blofeld.

I thought long and hard about this for a brief time and am still no nearer a definite answer. I keep focusing on clue nine for an answer, but really am in the dark on this still
Is it the man in Live and Let Die who kills Hamilton in New Orleans as the funeral march goes by ? I don't know his name, in that it was never revealed
1.) I died...Or did I?!- Kratt's fate is left up in the air. Did White really kill him or did he survive?
2.) Silence may in fact be my greatest policy.- Kratt isn't a very vocal character, speaking only in bits of the film.
3.) I am quite inseparable to those that employ me.- Kratt is very close to Le Chiffre, and obedient.
4.) Bond may like his shaken, not stirred, but I'll take mine shaven.- He is bald headed.
5.) I could be the face for bug extermination.- Kratt is the one who takes out Bond's wrist tracker ("bug") after he flips the DBS.
6.) By the time we first meet, things have dampened.- The first time we see Kratt is at the start, where Le Chiffre is meeting Obanno. It is raining outside, hence things having been "dampened".
7.) With the kinds of things my boss has me doing, you'd think I was a TSA employee.- Kratt gives the rub down to Dimitrios before he is allowed on Le Chiffre's boat.
8.) If asked, I WILL throw you off the deck.- While on the boat, Kratt is told by Le Chiffre that if the asian couple (the woman a past Bond girl in the PTS of YOLT) don't leave, he can throw them overboard.
9.) Look before you sit when you are around me.- Kratt is the one that cuts the seat of the chair Bond is tortured in at the barge.
