    Too bad Lucas didn't keep him around for the two sequels. Cushing retired from acting in '86, so it might have been possible. But then Admiral Piett was a pleasing character too. ;-)

    What frustrated me is that he barely showed up in the prequel. Had he played some role, it might have improved it.

    True. I thought the guy they had around as Tarkin in one of those final scenes of Ep.III looked Cushingly enough. ;-)
