Just wondering if anyone else out there has transformed a room into a Bond room. And what goodies have you got to fill it with ?

  • Not a whole room, but I do definitely have a 'Bond Spot' in the living room! It's one of those glass shelves from Ikea called 'detolfs' and I've got the complete set of movies, a Sideshow 12in. Roger Moore, my Timothy Dalton custom fig, a Walther PPK and a bunch of chips (from Casino Royale) scattered around- and my rare 1/18 scale Aston Martin

Good move Master_Dahark - my other half always put a block on Bond taking over the house, so I decided to dedicate the spare room to my obsession. Posting updated photo's on here soon. Running out of room and in need to sell some bits to make some room.

    Good thread!

For me all I have is Bond artwork hung up in my room, and a small picture of Sean's head on my wall that reads Sean Connery is Jesus (self-made). I hope Bond posters release for the big 50 though, then that would have some great flair in a room.

    Sean Connery is Jesus

Words to live by. May I join your cult ..er.. religion?
  • I've got the theatrical poster hanging over my bed and I have filled up my window sill with Bond effects.
Stuff like toy cars, a deck with QoS photos, trading cards,
and a Coca Cola Zero from 2008 with a QoS-label.
(It expired in May, 2009... Should I taste it?)

May I suggest this site for selling? https://gumroad.com/

Its brilliant. You can post stuff for sale, price it any way you like, and they only take a VERY small percentage of the cost. No PayPal mess, the take any credit card, its brilliant, really.

My fiancee would kill me if I tried to turn a whole room of our flat into a bond room. I do have a LTK poster up in the spare room though. And I have a special favourite film shelf with some bond films, as well as the die hard films, rocky, V for vendetta, scarface, miami vice, raiders and the hangover.

I'm forgetting some films right now but they'll come back to me.

Excellent shelf, there bud. And in most American homes the men dominate the garage decorations. Women don't venture too deep there. :P

We're planning to move soon to a house with a garage, I've made it clear that the garage is mine, then I can play drums whenever I want :D

Haha! Be warned, she may let you decorate how you want, but she'll make it known every weekend to clean it! Hahahahaha.

My 'Bond room' is my bedroom. Everything I have goes in there though it'll have to go when I move out. I don't think people like it there as it is...

I do have a small corner dedicated to Bond. But once that car collection is complete, I'll need to supply extra furniture just to give those wheels the proper display.

Unfortunately I don't. :( I should though, but all I have is the Bond movies and a mini Bond car from DAD. Anybody know of a good place to buy Bond items for good prices?

Ebay is always pot luck as obviously you are in a bidding war! And you won't find a Faberge Egg on there! ;)

Film and Tv fayre's are always a good opportunity to find a bargain? You just need sharp eyes as usually its always Star Wars and Star Trek and Lord Of The Rings merchandise.

Last year i had an apartment with a friend who is also a big james bond fan. He doesn't post on the forums though. But we turned the apartment into a bond apartment. We just had all the posters up. Here are some pics. Most of the posters are his only the QOS and Giant CR one mine.
