There's not much love in the air where I am. There never is, in fact.

Valentines Day has little to do with love. Love is shown every day in the things you do and the way you feel about someone. To openly have to demonstrate it with tacky cards, flowers chocs etc , IMHO undermines the love that is there for the other 364 days of the year. It's a horrible thing, Valentines Day

Then again there's lingerie. Valentine is the one saint which has his day an occasion to sell and have women wear sexy red lingerie.

Did overtime and watched Liverpool smash Porto 5-0. I've had a good evening.

Mrs Wizard home alone but it's hardly my fault if they schedule CL matches on Valentine's Day is it?

My thoughts as well, although I haven't seen him in anything.

Edit: forgot that I saw him in the pilot of The Fall. Didn't catch my interest, even if Gillian Anderson's in it.

Well, Mrs Nackers will randomly receive flowers from me throughout the year. One day she won't get them is Valentine's day.

Its the one day of the year she gets something else haha ;)

Suggestion to make Valentine's Day cheaper: on the 14th, say to your better half that you forgot the chocolate box at work. Then you buy it on the 15 at much reduced price and give it then.
