    This is my least watched Bond film.
    I must say on my new Blu-ray player this film looks exceptionally better: crisp, clear and sharp.

    I hope at 9 hours, NTTD moves faster. We're still on the Tangier hotel section.
    I could probably pop in THE GOOD , THE BAD AND THE UGLY and get thru it before we get to the train fight with Hinx.

    I was in Tangiers once. In my hotel, there was this elderly British woman who travelled there alone. She was blind. Very peculiar.

    Bond begins to weep when he sees the Vesper tape.
    If I pop in LAWRENCE OF ARABIA now I'll finish in time for the Hinx fight.

    Finally! The white dinner jacket scene. My great grand kids are now all Roger's age in AVTAK since Bond arrived in Tangier.

    Although I'm making jabs at this film's pacing I am rather enjoying SPECTRE.
    Craig looks damn good in this one. I think even better here than in QOS.

    Bond in the torture scene reminds me of Kermit the Frog in THE MUPPET MOVIE when he is tortured by Mel Brooks.

    They probably did at some point. It's pretty damn funny.

    This last bit feels like maybe a TAKEN film or HITMAN.

    I do like when Bond and Madeleine jump into the net.

    Granted, it's nowhere near as iconic as the Rick Sylvester Asgard jump, but at least it's something.

    Shooting down a totalitarian asshole is better than shooting down a lovely gal, but the scene in TSWLM is still probably better than the one in SP.

    Some classic shots of the lovely Caroline Munro in SPY, though. I love the wink moment followed by Roger's nod.

    Okay.................Bond drives off with Swann.

    Great viewing this time. It was quite fun.

    I’m watching the bluray as well. Might be a little lost on me, I’m not sure I’d notice much if it was DVD or otherwise. Does look great though.
