Exactly what it says on the tin. Which actors/actresses do you see in the minds' eye when you read the novels?

For me it's....

Sean Connery - Bond
Bernard Lee - M
Lois Maxwell - Moneypenny
Roger Moore - Tanner
Ian Fleming - That minor character/random bystander who is lucky enough to see 007 in action in one capacity or the other

This might sound a little odd... But, literary Bond's voice in my head is that of a grandfatherly weak voice for a reason I don't know... Much like David Niven's. However, the first time I read Casino Royale I had Craig and Barry Nelson and a little bit of faceless character in the shoes. Then, it slowly evolved to the "Hoagy Carmichael with cold eyes and cruel mouth" template.

This happened to me with movie novelizations and with George Lazenby when reading On Her Majesty's Secret Service

Whereas when I read the other novels:
James Bond: Unspecified black haired man/Sean Connery.
M: Bernard Lee (or Judi Dench if it's a woman)
    Moneypenny: Lois Maxwell

The thing is that I've seen all the films before I touched any of the novels. So I can just picture any other person other than the actor who played the role. And to make it even odder, when reading the Gardner novels, whoever was Bond cinematically when the book was written was the Bond I pictured.
