    Rewatched that scene not long ago and its unbelievable to think that this film's director went on to do The Happening.

    Not that I've ever seen it obviously but in the remake he digs his way out and kills the guy! =))

    And what about the actor who plays the killer? One of the creepiest guys in the history of cinema. Would have been nice to see him as a Bond villain in the vein of Mads or Almaric but sadly he died in 2010. Come to think of it he could have made a far more interesting Blofeld than Waltz.

    Glad I never bothered with the remake if it's that dumb.

    Didn't realise that actor had passed away. But yep, really creepy performance.

    One scene that really got me when I first saw it was when the guy imagines pulling his own face off as he looks in the mirror! Freaky!
