Bond wears a disguise in each but only covers his face in SP?

No. It is about specific characters but not about Bond himself.

It is a bit more specific than that. The ooo is also linked to the others.
It isn' t about characters from the MI6.

The baddie gets pulled violently out of a vehicle to his death, except in SP it’s the henchman?

It's not what I'm looking for. But this is a very good thought, maybe even better than what I have in mind.
    It is getting warmer!

GF Villain sucked out by gravity
MR Villain pushed out of space station by Bond
SF Vllain yanked out of a train by a chain

MR is OOO has Bond does the direct pushing of the villain to his death

Sorry for not giving any new hints. Thanks for guessing @thedove

Hint: Focus only on the henchmen! What do they have in common but is still a bit different in one case?

GF Henchman has a hat which is a weapon
MR Henchman has teeth that are a weapon
SP Henchman has fingernails that are a weapon

GF is OOO as the henchman's weapon isn't attached or a part of his body?

Still not it. The already mentioned scene where Hinx is seen for the last time is important.

Oddjob never says an actual real word, and the others do?

Yes, that's it. He only makes strange noises... Hinx and Jaws do talk but we only here them talk a word/a sentence at the end of the movie.
    Over to you @ProfJoeButcher

Oh, of course, I forgot the short scene in the beginning oh OHMSS. M is seen in all four PTS but in TLD he isn't in England? Not sure where the headquarter in TND is located...

I'll take that! M is in all of the PTSs, but in TLD he's out in the field.

    Let's try something different:
    Characters from GF:
Dink, M, Pussy Galore, Mr. Solo.
Who is the ooo? Three have somthing in common, the fourth one doesn't.

Hint: Think about something in the first half of the movie...

    LALD
    TSWLM
    MR
    TLD

Hint: all scenes involve Bond doing something similar, albeit in the OOO it’s done in quite unique fashion.

All four have Bond undressing a woman, but LALD is the OOO because he used a gadget (magnetic watch) to unzip a dress.

Good guess but not what I’m looking for.
Mode of transportation is key here.

Okay, all feature Bond in the air!

    LALD on a paraglider
    Spy parachuting
MR falling out of a plane without a parachute
TLD parachuting out of a bomber

LALD is OOO has Bond uses a glider to return to earth, the others feature parachutes
