    It is a bit more specific than that. The ooo is also linked to the others.
    It isn' t about characters from the MI6.

    GF Henchman has a hat which is a weapon
    MR Henchman has teeth that are a weapon
    SP Henchman has fingernails that are a weapon

    GF is OOO as the henchman's weapon isn't attached or a part of his body?

    Yes, that's it. He only makes strange noises... Hinx and Jaws do talk but we only here them talk a word/a sentence at the end of the movie.

    Incredibly close already, but M is in the OHMSS PTS.

    Oh, of course, I forgot the short scene in the beginning oh OHMSS. M is seen in all four PTS but in TLD he isn't in England? Not sure where the headquarter in TND is located...

    Who is the ooo? Three have somthing in common, the fourth one doesn't.

    Hint: Think about something in the first half of the movie...

    MR falling out of a plane without a parachute
    TLD parachuting out of a bomber

    LALD is OOO has Bond uses a glider to return to earth, the others feature parachutes
