    Nick Nack was a terrible henchman. He posed no threat to Bond. He was accompanied by a horrible bassoon theme whenever he appeared on screen. His only role seemed to be to organise the fun house and mess around.
    The end fight with Bond on the junk was an embarrassment to the series. I can think of no redeeming features for the character.

    I would confidently put Nick Nack in my top ten. He's a sly, cunning adversary who doesn't need to be physically imposing (a la Irma Bunt) to be a successful henchman. As for his role, he played a key part in Scaramanga's plot- retrieving the Solex Agitator without any fuss.
    He is the antithesis of Oddjob, adding that benign bizarre to an already psychedelic film.
    I love the end showdown with Bond (I just don't like the fact that no wine is seen when the bottles are smashed!): it continues Hamilton's tradition of bringing back the henchman at the very end of the film, after his masters demise.

    I agree about Nick Nack, no threat to Bond and not even funny about it.
    As useless as Elvis if you ask me. Patrice, on the other hand, extremely dangerous at hand-to-hand combat, and a skillfull killer, deserved in my opinion a top-5 spot. That he went before Nick Nack undermines the credibility of this elimination game.
    Unjustifiable, shameful.

    Granted, Grace is not the best when it comes to acting, although I think she does just fine in AVTAK. The only small issue I have is her "It will blow up!" Line, but then again, I think that's only due to her Jamaican accent kicking in.

    I still hold her as one of my favourite characters from the series, along with her counterpart, Max Zorin.

    Every time she is on screen, she has this mesmerising aurora, partly due to her wacky looks. She manages to exude threat, and she can be a really dangerous woman to come across (what Sir Godffrey and Chuck Lee found out, at their dispense).
    I love the look she gives to the businessman as she presses the switch to his demise on the airship.
    As for her love scene with Rog: I never took it to be the usual love scene we are accustomed to in the Bond films, but merely a "oh the things I do for England" scenario, where he has to get it over and done with so as to not to get caught out after snooping around Zorin's stables. Clearly, Bond doesn't enjoy what he's doing and about to do!

    Unlike Jaws in Moonraker, her switching to Bond's side in the finale was totally justifiable and made for some great scenes. When she laughs whilst looking up at Zorin in his blimp, exacting her revenge for his betrayal as she appears outside with the bomb, about to die, is fantastic. Her one last "f*ck you" to Zorin!
