JW mirrors the sequel Star Wars trilogy for me, in that it started on the right foot but unfortunately got worse with each film.

Indy Lives on ! Really excited after watching that gameplay trailer . These guys have done great work in the recent Wolfenstein mainline games. And I’m pleased it’s Harrison’s likeness , but not his voice. Troy Baker did a spot on impression.

If you can get a free trial or something , it is worth the watch. At least during this 007 dry spell until the next film!

That's the curse of success, more films for the fans but the quality suffers in the end.

That's a good theory @LucknFate ! I had also wondered, maybe the contestants are in the Bond universe = where there are no Bond films. :)) Maybe thats too farfetched.

I blasted through the show and on the last episode now. Enjoyed it! It was strange how the contestants weren't (seemingly) Bond fans. As they made no comments on the Bond inspired challenges, vehicles and locations. :-?

I don’t know how many times the producers will have to say they aren’t developing the next Bond film for people to believe them. I take it at face value , they aren’t working on it in any capacity, right now .

In an alternate universe, Daniel Craig made two Bond films - CR and QoS. Comparisons are made to Tim Dalton , both a 2 film Bond. Because QoS doesn’t perform , box office and script/strike issues, Craig isn’t rehired for a 3rd film. Michael Wilson…

DAD was fun. Doesn't necessarily have to be a great Bond film to enjoy it!

I could see them recasting after Skyfall, that could have been a perfect time and still been "Craigs" Bond character. But yeah, definitive end after SP and NTTD.

NTTD still blows SP out of the water, a much better film overall. I do prefer the ending of Spectre and the pre-credits scene in Mexico.

By the time work begins on B26 there could be another strike. The writers guild has a deal for 3 years, so hopefully they will have something written before then.

Sometimes I feel these shows should be released all at once - Netflix style. It's easier to critique after the whole story has been revealed.

That's good. "Obi-Wan" and "Boba Fett" should have been films too. They had 2 hour stories stretched to 6.

I dunno, I thought it was one of the best Star Wars tv episodes yet! In a way, Ahsoka's arc has come full circle since it began in 2008. The stage is set for the final 3 episodes, all we know is Grand Admiral Thrawn will appear (from the trailers).

Hoping we get a date for the Bluray soon! A coworker of mine says he bought one online but I don’t see any official release of it yet . Other territories maybe ?

I could see Connery in TMWTGG for sure, it basically follows in tone from DAF. The JW bits wouldn't make sense though, you are right.

Really enjoyed SW: Ahsoka Ep 1+2. Relieved actually. Very cinematic and high-budget feeling. Unashamedly I've seen all of Clone Wars and Rebels, but I think casual viewers wouldn't be lost. Intrigued by the new villains!
