    It was from an interview Desmond gave once where he said Terence Young wanted him to play Q as a Welshman as he had in an earlier film he'd directed. That was Desmond's impression of a Welsh sounding Q and so Terence Young agreed it was awful and to have Q as an Englishman instead.
