1) (DN) Doctor No's toppling of American test missiles to aid the Russians programme,to give them the lead in the race,gaining funds for SPECTRE. (15)

Bring it on, I'd say.
I would suggest that we only take such Q scenes which take place in Q's lab or which are connected with Q introducing a gadget or wepaon or briefing Bond an M about some technological aspect (e.g. microchips in AVTAK). I would not count Q in the field like in LTK or OP where Q does rather serve as a fellow agent.
Therefore I would quickly suggest the following scenes:
DN: Master Boothroyd hands out Bond’s new gun, a Walther PPK.
FRWL: Q – still not named as such – explains the hidden features of the briefcase.
GF: Q replaces 007's Bentley 3½ Litre with a gadget equiped Aston Martin DB5.
TB: Q travels to the Bahamas to personally outfit Bond with his equipment.
YOLT: Bond is visited by “his uncle” and Little Nellie in Japan.
OHMSS: Q presents M radioactive lint for antipersonnel and tracking purposes.
DAF: Q joins Bond in Las Vegas and provides him with a voice alteration machine.
TMWTGG: Q identifies the golden bullet which Bond recovered from Saida.
TSWLM: Q trials several gadgets in a hidden workshop in Egypt.
MR: Bond receives his wrist-mounted dart gun form Q in M’s office.
FYEO: Bond visits Q and they manage to identify Emile Leopold Locque.
OP: Bond and Vijay visit Q's lab in India.
AVTAK: Q briefs M, Bond and the Minister on the Siberian microchip.
TLD: Bond visits Q in his lab to receive his key ring finder.
LTK: Q comes to Isthmus and presents Bond and Pam some explosive gadgets.
GE: Q shows Bond his new car, this time it is a BMW Z3.
TND: Q, posing as a car rental salesman, shows Bond his BMW 750iL.
TWINE: Q introduces Bond to his successor R and his escape plan.
DAD: Q gives Bond a new car, the Aston Martin V12 Vanquish, and some other gadgets.
SF: Q gives Bond a biometrically-encoded Walther PPK in the National Gallery in London.
SP: Bond meets Q in his lab where he receives his explosive watch but no Aston Martin.
