Long Good Friday remake?

With the next Olympics in Japan, how about a remake set in Japanese gang culture. I have always thought the plot was superb and transferable for remakes.

    They did it perfect the first time. There is no need for a remake! And there's no one could replace the late great Bobs Hoskins as Harold Shand!

    Exactly, the reason why I'm not going to bother with 'The Magnificent Seven' remake. Its been done brilliantly (Twice!!)
