    If I'd seen the Bond films recently, I'd like to think this one is quite easy but I've drawn a blank and no one comes to mind.

    Here's some interesting facts about Mr. Jones (and my 2nd & 3rd clues): I am the first SPECTRE
    agent seen in the entire film series. I am also the first villain James Bond encounters in the entire film series.
