i cant pick a real favourite one so i have 3 in my no 1 spot.

1- kickass, V (from v for vendetta), hit girl (from kickass)

2- the green hornet

3- daredevil

4- big daddy (from kickass)

5- batman


VILLIANS

1- joker

2- bullseye

3- kingpin

4- catwoman (i still count her as a villian because thats what she should be)

5- penguin

    Batman(though he isn't one) and Joker. The best hero/villain relationship in comics. Nuff' said.

    I tend to lean more towards the Silver Age versions of heroes & villains.

    Superheroes:

    1. James Bond! - C'mon, you must know by now he's immortal, right?!

    2. Batman - was always my favourite since childhood.

    3. Wolverine - because...dude, it's WOLVERINE.

    4. Spiderman - who wouldn't want silk as a weapon?

    5. Kickass - His costume looks cool...on me.

    Supervillains:

    1. Magneto - his powers seem to draw me in.

    2. The Joker - (only if he's played by Jack or Heath).

    3. Catwoman - I mean Michelle Pfeiffer Catwoman. Meow!

    4. Green Goblin - interesting backstory.

    5. Shredder - his costume is insane.

    Villian we can be here all night but my top 10 batman villians

    1. Ra's Al Ghul
    2. Dr. Hugo Strange
    3. Mr. Freeze
    4. Bane (really interested in how he is done in the Dark Knight rises)
    5. Hush
    6. Black mask (it's hard desicion for me Roman Siounus is a great villain but Dr. Jermiah Arkham becoming insane really great story telling)
    7. The Reaper
    8. Clayface
    9. Joker (I feel I have to put him somewhere in my top ten even though he is way overused)
    10. Mad Hatter

    Hero (anti-hero) - The Punisher

    Villain - The Riddler... and not the cracked out Jim Carrey version - I prefer the one from Batman The Animated Series.

    I don't understand what Bond is doing here. We're talking about superhero's, the type of Marvel / DC output with (mostly - but not always) superpowers, secret hideouts, personal motives,... . Bond is something entirely different.

    Batman without a doubt.

    As for a villain I'd probably have to say Mark Hamill's Joker. Very menacing.

    just to specify,i mean guys who have powers or run round in masks, as in comic character types. i didnt mean james bond, if i was counting him he would've been top of my list.
