  RIP Mr Brian Clemens. OBE. scriptwriter and the man that brought you The Avengers theNew Avengers and The Professionals passed away last saturday at the age of 83 he made some of the best TV of my childhood .

  One of the best Bond villains of the series. It was in no small part my love of Bond (and Octopussy) came from the villainous turn of Jourdan.
  A truly memorable role that he created in Kamal Khan.
