If you had to pick one movie to show to someone who has never seen a Bond film, what would it be?

    Thank you. I'm introducing my friend & my girlfriend this weekend. Do you have any other reasoning besides it being the first to the franchise?

    It's great & it's Connery. If your friend & girlfriend are typical younger folks that grew up with the internet and fast edited films, I might go with Casino Royale though.

    I thought about maybe going Quantum of Solace for that fact alone. Casino Royale is as good as it gets to me, I think for always. If they are going to get into Bond, I want them to see Casino when they can truly appreciate it. I'm also glad to be talking to a fellow Dalton fan. I haven't found too many outside of this forum.

    My favourite is The Living Daylights, but I'd save that to WOW them later... ;)

    I actually thought going with a Dalton movie bridged the gap between old & new even more than a Brosnan movie. Dalton's movies have more of that classic Bond feel to me. Craig brought back the classic feel in Skyfall though I thought. It felt like an old Bond to me.
