Become a spy

I came from Poland my nationality is polish and the question is how many years I have to be in England to become a spy and also do I need citizenship?
I'm already in England 4 years and I got residential document ?

    A good spy needs to know how to gather intelligence. Here are your mission objectives:

    1) Google 'SIS', and find the link to its home page. It should be the first link down.

    2) Go to the 'Careers' tab on the menu, and read all the relevant information.

    3) Upon being recruited, remember to celebrate by shooting up an embassy.

    Oh, and Pazio- don't cock it up... ;)
