Yeah that's great; for me the top one has always been the final approach to the Golden Gate, a cue I'm almost baffled they didn't put on the soundtrack release.

I want it all, but especially this, no cue more or less important than the rest:

    -Gunbarrel
-"The KGB must have a pipeline into that research company"
-End of the Ascot scene and Paris establishing shot
    -Butterfly act music
    -Arrival at Zorin's chateau
    -Horse chase
-Bond following Stacey to her house
    -Action music at the house
    -Bond escaping City Hall
-"It's time to flood the fault"
-Bond vs. May Day when escaping the mine
    -Stacey kidnapped outside the mine
    -Bond hanging from blimp

Throw in the dixieland music at the boat, to give it a good listen once and for all, cause I can barely hear the AVTAK theme in there and I want to figure it out. Hell, also include the koto music John Leach recorded while everyone fell asleep. I'm sure all of that extra stuff can fit in disc 2 of the album alongside the original album program.

The lasting mysteries will be the radio rock music at Chuck Lee's car and the library music recordings of Tchaikovsky.

There are two cues I desire most:
    • AVTAK: Bond hanging from the zeppelin as we're flying towards the Golden Gate Bridge.
    • TLD: Bond awaits Kara in her dressing room after the concert.

Yes that’s great. Lovely the way it sets you up for the end credits song.

Forgot to mention the music when Bond and May Day get it on. That one too.

It does flow beautifully into the song. That moment is the reason I always want to hit play again and start TLD all over.

Here are two of my edits,

1: “Nick Nack” (TMWTGG), edited to match the film version exactly.

2: “Grand Christmas Eve Ball” (OHMSS) (which follows the end of “Escape from Piz Gloria”), edited here as a continuous track so that it connects the two consecutive segments heard in the film, thus avoiding silence during the fight under the bells

I also edited “Resignation Memories,” which includes themes from previous films, but I just read that Bond_Scores was working on it, so I'll let him take care of that. And I'd like to take this opportunity to thank him for his many edits, which have been greatly appreciated.

Thank you - you are most welcome.

I forgot to post the Resignation Memories edit. Voilà:

Based on that IG post by LLL, Godfather III 35th anniversary is surely among the titles slated for announcement tomorrow. Crossing my fingers for TB and maybe another non-anniversary Bond release (YOLT or DAF)

Is that their insta story with countdown timer? Why do you think Godfather?
Hopefully there will be some Bond; I think 007 has performed really well for them and they’re keen to do as many as they can.

“Just when you thought” alludes to “Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in”
Plus, it coincides with an anniversary so seems logical to complete the trilogy a year after the release of Part II

Oh okay, I thought it was more of a Jaws 2 reference, but you might well be right.

Didn’t think about Jaws 2 but that is also a very distinct possibility given its tagline.
  • It says New Releases so plural. It says ‘just when you thought it was safe to put your wallet away’ (the Bond scores sell incredibly well). It’s likely Jaws 2 and either Thunderball, A View to a Kill or Goldeneye

The Jaws thing might not be a clue, just a sort of general movie-ish quote. Although I did listen to Jaws 2 recently and it's an absolute cracker of a score, probably better than the first.
  • It’s Thunderball

I would love AVTAK - it's got some of the best cues. I also paid some years back for Moonraker to be redone via a Kickstarter, which ultimately came to nothing. I think due to legal wrangling with E.ON, but their plan at the time was to follow up with AVTAK. I have the Ryco remaster of Octopussy - which is still missing some of the tracks showing up on the latest LALALAND version. Mulling over treating myself, interestingly JamesBond.com still has some stock here in the UK.

I think in a weird way, AVTAK has some similarities with Octopussy - there's some amazing melancholic cues/moments - which for me, as a 40 something really hits me. It's pure nostalgic magic.

In the space of less than two years, LLL has released 6 out the 8 Bond scores I consider absolutely essential to my collection, with TB being the latest.
With DAF most likely coming out next year, to be followed a year later by my absolute favorite YOLT, my ultimate Bond soundtrack collection will finally be complete.

Yes I'm kind of glad that didn't happen as I don't think they had access to all of the music, and as we found out from the LLL release, there was bags of wonderful stuff we'd never heard before.

Same here, 80s Barry might be my favourite, although I know it's probably not his peak!
