Has a Flemingish ring to it, tells up front it’s gonna be a spookier adventure, but is a cheeky cocktail pun to let you know it’s still a Bond film.

It's fun. And on that basis, I know it's bad, but I would never rule out Shaken Not Stirred; they went for Licence To Kill after all.

Yes. "Shaken Not Stirred" sounds like a title Amazon could go for....because they're really approaching James Bond with absolute care and are aiming to please Bond fans.

Have they? Kicking out EON, getting two producers who i feel dont fit… apart from bringing in Denis Villeneuve i havent seen Amazon doing a lot for Bond fans

I felt the same about Amazon earlier. But hiring high-profile producers like Pascal & Heyman...then a director like Villeneuve. Plus, them taking their time with Bond 26...says a lot about their approach. If it were an everyday generic spy flick, I'm sure they would have been shooting by now.

They spare no expense, and I think that's the best we can expect from them. So far, I'm happy.

I think they have loads of experience, though. Plus, Pascal knows what if feels like...to work on Bond.

Yes, I was going to say that I'm sure someone's already thought of this one! It does sound suitably pithy, tough and Bondian I think.

It's been around for a while that one. Mark really likes it. Not sure if it's blockbuster-level title. Personally, I could use it as a slogan.

Don't know enough about Heyman, but Amy Pascal's rather juvenile attitude revealed in her emails on previous projects, such as Ghostbusters 2016 and Spectre, as well as NOTORIOUS WAY OF TYPING IN CAP, really makes me question her intelligence and usefulness.

For me it’s all about Heyman. He’ll save the day.

Heymen did produce the Harry Potter films and paddington but both of those as far as i know dont require an on hand producer the way Bond does/did

Again love or hate Babs but she was involved in bond since what 1981ish as was most of the EON family so unless you were a Connery purist you cant deny that all our fave films were EON based

I cant shake the feeling Amazon will give us a bizare never say never again kind of alternate universe bond film.

Look denis is a step in the right direction but he is also an EON hold over

I hope it works out and i will see it but honestly unless something drastic changes first light is the only thing of 007 i am excited about

Don’t loose hope, my friend, it springs eternal. We may very well be as surprised as we were in 2006. I guess it really depends now on who they choose for the role, as we know they’ll spare no expenses on the crew (I now remembered John Hammond saying that, and we know how that turned out).

Again if we got a producer known for action films like Nolan or brockheimer i would agree

Hell Cameron producing would be fine as true lies is not just a cover of a french film but a love letter to the Connery bond films

    Instead ….

Heck there is that small british producers EON just have them have a crack at a bond film lol

Well, we've had that for the last 30 years.

    Classic Bond ended with LTK.

Even NSNA has Connery and Fleming, which is more than many modern movies have.

And I don't know why being a Connery purist is any worse than being an EON purist.

I know someone who knows Pascal personally. They've said that Pascal is competent but a little coo-coo.

The brosnan and Craig eras had films based off the fleming books so unsure what you are talking about
