Is she needed for the end sequence, or something?
Yeah, but why would she think anything about putting the alarm clock there? Are you saying that should ring an alarm bell for Elektra? Think of it from her perspective, that's quite abstract thinking.
'It's my oil! Mine!'
Torture enough.
It's rather just entering the room at all.
Bond shooting her is a relief.
Valentin, in retrospect, added next to nothing of value in this film. He became a buffoon.
Excellent line and delivered with aplomb.
Evil.
Special mention goes to the 'she's waiting for you' mutual acknowledgment: Bond putting Renard out of his misery, Renard accepting Bond's offer of eternal love.
Better than I remember, but still not by any means a better film.
An ultimately frustrating experience but a noble effort. I'll no longer place it in the 'avoid' category during watch-backs.
Also, can I just say, Denise Richards is nowhere near as bad as she was rated. Not even close to 'raspberry award' territory. Not brilliant by any means, but let down as everyone else from poor plotting and poorer characterisation. Film was more interested in bizarre chases and illusory humour.
Valentin should not have returned, either.
It's practically a remake.
Best. Film. Ever.
