    AND I woke up and realized that I cannot do that. We are only replacing or switching actors and actresses who have already been IN a Bond film.

    Skyfall would've been perfect for Brosnan to end his era on. Seems like the kind of movie he wanted to do.

    If only it had been made 10 years earlier.

    This seems more challenging than exams! Craig in Dr No. and all the actors the same and then Connery in Skyfall. Moore in Die another day, Dalton in OHMSS,Lazenby in Licence to Kill and Lazenby in A view to a kill good or not it'd be funny though and weird!

    After trying to picture this, I think I really agree. And I'm sure he would have liked to have Judi's M die in his arms. He must have had mixed feelings watching Skyfall.

    I agree. It would have given the chance for Brosnan to make the Bond film he always wanted to star in and certainly would have been a more dignified exit than DAD.

    Assuming I can't change much of the films themselves, with tone and such:

    Sean Connery in Tomorrow Never Dies
    George Lazenby in For Your Eyes Only
    Roger Moore in Diamonds Are Forever
    Timothy Dalton in Quantum of Solace
    Pierce Brosnan in The Spy Who Loved Me
    Daniel Craig in Dr. No

    I could think of some other fun ones too, like Dalton in From Russia with Love or Craig in Thunderball. I wouldn't actually make these switches, but theoretically these are some I'd find interesting to see.

    Since this can be for any actor(not just 007) from the series I'll suggest some actresses within the same film switches for Bond girl roles:

    TB: Luciana Paluzzi as Domino(who she screen tested for) and Claudine Auger as Volpe
    GF: Tania Mallet as Jill and Shirley Eaton as Tilly
    TSWLM: Caroline Munro as Triple X and Barbara Bach as Naomi
    CR'06: Caterina Murino as Vesper and Eva Green as Solange

    and

    AVTAK: Grace Jones as Stacy and Tanya Roberts as May(with no changes in the script. You have to admit that would certainly be interesting to say the least!)

    For some reason I feel like TMWTGG would have worked really well with Connery.

    I think about how cursed and funny it would be to place Roger Moore in Daniel Craig's movies and vice versa, given that they are on the opposite ends of the silly / serious spectrum. Some particularly amusing ones to me are Daniel Craig in MR and OP, and then Roger Moore in CR and QOS.

    Of course Daltons Bond was uncomfortable at the wedding! Considering what happened to his own wife!!! Goes to show how good an actor Dalton is!
    Disagree with you about how his friendship worked with Felix, I thought it came across really strongly, and in that wonderful moment when they freefall to the Church! Only Bond!

    TLD: Pierce Brosnan. This means that Brosnan is seen with every Dutch actor / actres
    LTK: Pierce Brosnan

    Twine: Daniel Craig. More drama/humor then CR how he wil do it and how he wil be with Desmond last. He take Bond 21 from Brosnan, but that experience that first vijf actors have he never get. With Daniel Craig in Twine he wil have that once time experience before a second time be stolen from him.

    DAD: Daniel Craig. 2x John Cleese, but that is not same Daniel and to remind that scene that new Q (R) talking about Desmond Q wil be another finger to him.

    Casino Royale 2006: Pierce Brosnan. It always feel there get inspiration of Twine, but with more aggression. There are 2-3 scènes that i possible wil dislike more with him.
    QOS: Timothy Dalton. The production design and some locations already feels a lot LTK.
    SF: Pierce Brosnan. M her death will more impact. Also iam curious about him with Naomi Harris.
    SP: Pierce Brosnan.
