Been listening to Miles Davis for a couple of days now, but I haven't got around to On the Corner yet.

Pretty cool, I assumed you were just commenting on my post. I’ve been on an early ‘70s Miles Davis kick lately; an area I generally ignore. I’ve loved Miles for almost 40 years, but usually stay in the 15 year range from the mid-fifties up to BITCHES BREW.

I've been listening to Davis for a time now and seen that I haven't really enjoyed his music until In A Silent Way. Which means I must be more a funky than a jazz fan, and now I will be able to choose what I like better when it comes to jazz-fusion.
And all this thanks to this total musician. Miles was really The Man!

Great stuff. Got to see him several times. With Clapton, with the Stones and at his all-star 80th Birthday extravaganza at Madison Square Garden.

Awesome I will look for the concert on YouTube. I am sure I have some Clapton playing with John Lee Hooker on a compilation CD somewhere, in recent years listened to more Blues, I often listen to Blues or Soul when cooking, its my go to music.

The New Pearl Jam, still listening to it, made me very happy being a fan since the beginning this is the best thing they've put out 1998's Yield.

Eddie Vedder pulls out some gems about a certain politician on this, it took that certain persons appointment to get an album like this out of them again.

    Literally blown away.

Great songs! Both have been on rotation in one of my Spotify playlists for quite some time.

60's and 70's Soul and Motown are my go to music, so many great positive tracks.
