Wet your pants everyone - I don't think anything will touch this next year.
As far as both reviews and box office takings go, I disagree. I can easily be topped.

I do like the look of the trailer though. The Avengers could be great, I hope it delivers. Some of the action, such as the cars blowing up looks a bit boring and naff, mind. Early days still, so I have hope.

Another Transformers. Looks pretty and the action sticks up, but tear the sheet and you see nothing worth while and memorable. And they lack one deciding factor:

For The Avengers, I think a majority of the budget went to the purchase and destruction of cars...damn.

The title for the next Die Hard movie is rumoured to be "A Good Day To Die Hard".

I knew McClane's son would be involved. With him cut from LFADH it was the only choice. I've said this before and I'd enjoy seeing Justin Long return. I thought he did great in the film. In between McClane and Ethan Hunt Russia is going to be a very fictionally distressed area. I can't imagine what McClane will do outside of the US, and because it isn't in the US may be its swan song.

The new Die Hard will be called A Good Day To Die Hard and is released on 14th February 2013. The perfect date. ;-)

I'd rather Summer like the other films though.

So I'm guessing for Die Hard 6, McClane will go to space?

I have no idea what is left to do. He fought a terrorist, more terrorists, the first terrorist's brother, age and his daughter growing up and a group of hackers, and now he's going to save his son, outside of the US and in Russia! What else can this man do?? The whole 'I'm in the wrong place at the right time' and 'I don't want to be a hero, but nobody else is doing anything so I'll be it' quips are getting about as fresh as stale bread in a cupboard.

Not a bad way to end the series... :-))

You know what they say: Once you go to space it's hard to beat going anywhere else. Apparently MR didn't get that memo.

Piranha 3DD shifts to a 2012 release. Not surprised really. Initially a Nov 23 2011 release, with no poster or trailer? Still peeved though.

    And...

Anyone up for some girls n' guns videos? Well here's 3 clips of Resident Evil: Retributions 3 female leads: Jovavich, Guillory (yay, Jill) & Rodriguez praticing weapons handling.

I wonder why Tintin dropped it's The Secret of the Unicorn subtitle?

@Samuel001, probably because so many people complained, and raved about how cool just using 'Tintin' would be.

So the second and third films will just add a '2' and '3' on the end then? If they subtitle them and not the original that would be a shame.

The original title still has 'Secret of the Unicorn' in it.

All posters and materials are refering to the film as The Adventures of Tintin though. It seems the subtitle has been ditched.

I meant the french title, as Tintin is originally french speaking material.

If the French title is unchanged but every other countries is not that's even stranger - and makes little sense to me.

Keep the original title in France as Tintin is French and change it elsewhere. OK...

Not impressed. For one, spoilers. And two, the first trailer built up a whole lot of promise. This one is making the film look a little generic.

The new MI4 trailer definitely doesn't come close to the 1st trailer, but I am still hyped nonetheless. I love the franchise and I can't wait to see what things MI4 brings to the table.

I looks alright. There could be a good film in there somewhere trying to get out. It does seem to be a copy of the original in many ways...

?? IT'S A SPY FILM. There isn't one today that doesn't have certain allusions or clichés.

True but with only three films under their belt, there's loads left to do that's new instead we have a mission gone wrong, a set-up, Ethan framed, the team is disavowed, Ethan goes rogue with the team members of dubious intentions in order to uncover the larger plot. Just like the first one.

And instead of water, Ethan outruns a sandstorm.
