    There's GoldenEye Rogue Agent. You get recruted to SPECTRE (Called OCTOPUS because of Kevin McClory owning the rights at the time.) You get to fight against classic Bond villains as a villain working for Goldfinger. So it's close enough.

    You can play as Blofeld in GoldenEye 007 Reloaded, and probably in 007 Legends. OCTOPUS also appears in From Russia With Love, but there's no hint of Blofeld at all.
