Could anybody answer 2 questions?
1Why is this book only available as a kindle e-book and not as a proper paper book that can be physically held and enjoyed?
2The story is Ian Flemings "adventures" in World War 2. Why then is there a Kalashnikov on the front cover which was not even designed until 1948?
