how did bond managed to knew chuck lee in a view to a kill? we see bond saying to tibbett to go to town and check the photos and some information,but they have to move fast,before the guards identify them. but how did tibbett gave the papers to someone,if he was killed first? how did bond meet chuck lee? :s

If you saw AVTAK, then Chuck Lee was Bond's CIA contact in San Francisco. They met in the fisherman's market.

yes,but how he knew about the photos,if tibbett was the one who had them?
