Well not really sure why 'realism' is one of the key 5 criteria of a Bond story but hey it's your thread.

    Structure: best - MR/OHMSS, worst - DAF
Plot: best - FRWL/OHMSS, worst - QOS (nothing inherently wrong as there is in say GF but its just rather mundane in comparison with the average Bond plot)/007 In New York
Flemings style: best- CR/MR, worst - TSWLM
    Character development: best - CR/MR(Drax a fantastic villain)/OHMSS, worst - 007 In New York
    Realism: best - QOS, worst - MR/DN/GF

I think realism is the opposite to Die Another Day not that it's a Fleming book but you know what I mean.

Apparently TSWLM is really bad because it is mostly set in a motel room never read it before though.

It's told from the POV of a woman, Vivienne. It's a total departure form the usual Fleming prose. Only in the 3rd act is Bond introduced.

Real tough going this one for me. Maybe I'll re-read sometime with more patience.

I've listed the Fleming stores in order of publication date. Sorry I can't bring myself to put any of them even in a middle category. They all remain unique and vital parts of a greater whole.
