i'm sure many of us MI6 members are keen runners so i'm trying to create a little network of our members who use runkeeper , we can use this thread to post our results and workouts and compare each others times and stats and i think it will be a great tool to motivate each other!
i could never imagine my self running anywhere near 6 miles 3 months ago but with run keeper it can really push you and help you to achieve your fitness goals! but as stated above you can even use the app for walking!

so guys take a look at the app and let me know , see what you think and one point definitely worth noting is no matter how horrible u might feel during a workout , you always feel great afterwards!
