Help on a poster I'm creating

Hi,

I'm having some issues on blending 2 pictures together for a poster i'm creating. Can anyone help me on it please ?

Where exactly do want the explosion and what exactly do you want us to tell you how to do?

I want the explosion where the trees are and I'm using photoshop cs2 to blend this explosion
