The 007 Villains Tournament 001: 2012

This is a fun little thing I thought we could start. I love villains more than heroes. There, I said it. So, I thought we could make a Bond Villains Tournament.

RULES:

64 of Bond's enemies have been divided up into 16 groups of 4, seeded such that each group includes a mix from different eras, and the "power villains" are distributed evenly throughout the tourney. You have to rate the villains like this diagram

Runner Up 4 points
Slightly despise 2 points
Your worst 0 points
