The World Is Not Enough is highly underrated?

TWINE remains one of the great bond films to me, I just really want to know all your opinions on this film and what you like and dislike. I already understand the dislike for Denise Richards :P

I think it's really underrated and is one of my favourites. M being used more was actually an original idea, I think Renard and Elektra are good villians, there's some great action, the theme song is cool and the PTS is the best in the series.
