Big plothole in NSNA?

I was watching Never Say Never Again today, for the first time in a very long while, and I noticed something:

How the hell did 007 get onto Largo? One moment he's discussing the stolen warheads with M, discussing the possibility of a false eye and such, then there is a scene with Largo and Domino, a scene with 007 and Q, and then all of the sudden he's in the bahama's and Nigel gives him information about Largo.

Now, in Thunderball Bond puts together the Nassau connection when he connects Domino to Duvall, who he had seen at the clinic. Here he sees Jack Petachi in the clinic, but he never seems to connect him to Domino.
Was there something I missed? Some scene earlier on I forgot, or are we just supossed to figure they figured out the Domino angle off-screen?

It's the matchbook Bond finds in Petachi's room that lets him make the connection to Largo. The thing has Largo's emblem on it, and Bond has obviously done some research on it, as he's later seen with the matchbook at the computer which reads him Largo's file.
