And each numbered clue is from each of the films, in order; love it.

You got it @R1s1ngs0n , maybe not quite so smoothly as I could have hoped, but you hit on the general idea first. James Bond, 007. Congratulations.
    That was brutal 😅
I’ll try to come up with something worthy for my first round.

Here we go with the first two clues:
    1. My job is not particularly demanding
    2. Appearances can be very misleading
    3. Despite my best efforts, he seems indifferent to my charms

I thought a few times “Well, Bond himself would fit that clue...but no, Birdleson wouldn't play him.“ And I tried to focus on smaller characters. Very nice to give one clue per film!

You mean she was half his age 😅
In any case, it’s not her.

    4. In my case I guess you can say that actions speak MUCH louder than words.
    5. I provide a moment of comic relief, although it can’t possibly top the one that just preceded it.
    6. The second time I crossed paths with him, he was ‘alone’.
    7. I work at home and at all hours.
    8. I’m only seen after dark.

    Not the mistress.
Boy, I’m having tremendous fun with this.
    I don’t think it’s a character that’s ever been played before.
    Another clue 😁

From the puzzle mind that brought us CINEMANAGRAMS, I'd expect nothing less than a great round. ;)

That last solution was my 100th victory in this game, ergo, this was my 100th round (unlike the other two with massive numbers, @pachazo and @Tokoloshe2 , I never ceded a round to others, too greedy, so I have an exact count).
I've known that I was going to play Bond at this point for quite a while. For my first 25 turns I played one character from each film (including NSNA).
For my 50th I replayed my initial win, with the same clues, Rhoda (that original round had gone on for over three months).
So for 100: James Bond 007.

That was very clever, and I did think of Bond, but discarded it.

He is sitting on the restaurant terrace. You always see him with a bottle or a glass of wine (beach, venice, ski chase).
