    I have a couple of characters I'm thinking of, not sure which one to go with yet. But as it's getting late here, I'll likely leave the next round till tomorrow.

    Stacey still has her security pass for city hall. Without it, she wouldn't be able to access the file room.
    2/. Time is not an issue for me.
    Stacey says she wont be long. Jeff responds with OK.
    3/. Though my screen time is brief, it's quite necessary.
    Without be able to sign in at City hall, Stacey wouldn't be able to get the information she and Bond need.

    Jeff has two lines.

    Jeff is seen with a thermos flask on his desk. A deleted scene from TMWTGG had Bond using a thermos as a weapon.

    We don't see Jeff get killed. Though we do see him in a later scene with blood over his head, slouched across his desk.

    Jeff doesn't seem interested in Bond when Stacey signs in.

    It's probable that Jeff is aware who Zorin and maybe Scarpine are due to Zorins dealings with Mr. Howe.

    When I started this round, I quickly realised that I didn't have a lot of material in which to create clues. So I'm quite happy @goldenswissroyale solved it.

    The fact that the character dies but we don't see his demise was interesting to think about. Clue 11 was the one leading me to receptionists.
    I try to come up with a new character in a few hours.

    1. Despite the serious situation, I'm in a surprisingly good mood.
    2. I disagree with something that Bond said.
    3. Obviously, I'm not the boss.
    4. Bond decides that he doesn't need my support.
