I can make her fit for a lot of the clues. But not all.
Similarly with most guesses, not all the clues fit.

I'm sure you have it!
1) You can find me above the first five letters.
2) Hobnobbing away.
At the beginning of the scene they show the outside of the building. Above the letters A B C D E is a window in which we can see our character socializing with other guests.
3) Excuse me, but I really must be going now.
He leaves to go to the table.
4) Although difficult to hear, I provide some information in order to gain access to something very rare and valuable.
He says something to the hostess, presumably his name, which identifies him as a VIP.
5) Bond is curious about me.
He is watching from above.
6) She must go down to retrieve it.
The hostess reaches down to grab the bag.
7) Special privileges were granted to me by the color purple.
Quantum members get the bag with the purple straps.
8) I take it none of you will be late.
We hear a voice over the speakers urging the guests to take their seats as the show will be starting soon.
9) Although my fate is technically unknown, it appears that M will be satisfied.
We don't see any blood, so we can assume Bond didn't him. M had earlier asked him to stop killing all of the leads.
10) I went into my little chickadee's room.
There is a "WC" on the bathroom door, indicating that it is wheelchair accessible. Nic Nac, you had the W.C. Fields part right.
11) I'm totally oblivious to the danger heading my way.
Bond.
12) Exit only. Access denied!
Bond breaks off the handle to the door.
13) Was my attendance even necessary?
None of the other Quantum members seem to miss his presence.
14) Bond doesn't show much consideration for my personal space.
Follows him into the bathroom.
15) Two ghosts?
I was thinking Phantom of the Opera and a specter (SPECTRE), but perhaps we could also include Mr. White, aka The Pale King.

When Bond speaks up later using his earpiece.
17) A hybrid of two Richards.
18) Hey, Mr. Dean Anderson and Mr. Gere.
This clue wasn't meant to be that difficult. He has always looked like a combination of Richard Gere and Richard Dean Anderson (in his later years) to me.
19) I much preferred the other blonde.
The blonde hostess over Bond!
20) Mommy was very bad? More like Daddy.
Madeleine's parents are here. In SP, White mentions that his wife left him long ago.
21) I (most likely) say my name out loud, but there is no record of it anywhere.
He probably says his name to the hostess, but it is inaudible and as such, he is an uncredited and unlisted character.
22) This situation turned out much differently than it did in the previous film.
This guy was no match for Bond unlike Fisher in the bathroom fight in CR.
23) Was Bond upset that I'm not handicapped?

24) Something important was taken from me.
The earpiece.
25) Champagne? Don't mind if I do.
26) Everyone is dressed so nicely.
We see him drinking champagne with other guests. It's the opera so everyone is dressed appropriately.
27) In a future Bond film, two of the characters here will meet in this same country, albeit in a different location.
Bond meets Mr. White in his Austrian hideout in SP.
28) I'd have no way of knowing those are not Bond's clothes.
And the clincher : Bond stole someone else's tux.
I was running out of clues so I knew the endgame was near!
Max, you continue to impress with your knowledge and resourcefulness. You truly are one of the elite players in the history of this game and those are not words I just throw around lightly. I pass it over to you.
Comment to hint #10. WC means the same as toilet and doesn't indicate wheelchair in Switzerland/Austria...but it was of course a restroom for handicapped people in this scene.
And do you believe that the woman at White's side is his wife and Madeleine's mother? I don't think so...but intersting thought anyway.

If so please shout and I’ll use a random number generator to pick someone fairly. Of course I’m not trying to shirk my responsibilities so if there’s no volunteers I’ll get a new round started tomorrow.
