    It could well be Jaws i.e he was left for dead in Spy and made an ill advised return for the next adventure (Bond assumed he had been shark food)

    Someone mentioned Alec in Goldeneye, I would of thought that initially, but I'll let the first mention have it

    It's not Ms Galore is it ?, it was the first thing I thought of

    Wait a minute, it could be Scaramanga, Lee puts away his Golden Gun 'as you can see I'm completely unarmed', when meeting Moore on his island retreat, and soon blows up Bond's seaplane with his 'This is the part I really like' laser. i.e. he is unarmed and has a good aim

    Could be anything really, too much ambiguity for me
