Hi wehave recorded a track which got a long way up the line
It was written specifically for Dame shirley bassey, sung by sue o'brien.
he song is called man in the shadows

    This kind of reference would be a bit too post-modern, self-referential. It would take you out of the movie and make you think - 'oh, I'm watching a reference to all those other Bond movies'.

    Love it. Combines the classic Bond musical sounds with a Shirley Bassey style voice, yet sounds very original.

    I would not mind at all that being the main theme.

    I like it and yet there’s a lot of room for improvement. I know it's a basement job so the tune isn't professional, and the singing is actually quite good, just not quite amazing. I'd say that with the right re-tuning and if Adele were singing it to try and match Shirley Besseye, that you'd be all set.

    Yes, I doubt the mistakes of DAD-era Bond will be repeated any time soon.
