Top 5 Film Soundtracks

HASEROTHASEROT has returned like the tedious inevitability of an unloved season---

what are your top 5 film soundtracks? (not James Bond).... and this means an actual album, that you can throw in your stereo and listen to (or play off your computer).. but it needs to be an album with songs - not an "official score"....

mine, in no particular order would have to be...

- Pulp Fiction
- Casino
- The Devil's Rejects
- Halloween (2007)
- Fast Five

    All right, take Casino Royale and OHMSS out and put Out of Africa and Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy
    I like all the sountrack in the movies, out of them they loose some of their spirit, so I'm not talking about official scores, but the way they fit the film

    Once upon a time in the West (Morricone is just brilliant)
    Doctor Who (original tvshow season 1 & 2 by Murray Gold)

    I do not consider those collection of hits (like in Pulp Fiction, which is a fun album) as true soundtracks since they lack creativity but can be great mixtapes nonetheless. O:-)

    scores usually say right on the cover "official score" whereas soundtracks say "official soundtrack" or "music from" or "music inspired by"..... and when i say soundtrack, i mean the "music from" or "music inspired by" variety..

    maybe i didn't make it clear enough? apologies - but there IS a difference between soundtrack and score...

    You are right my bad, I have only very few of such soundtracks since they rarely please me.

    I'm sorry I didn't know that there was a difference...
