    Venice- From Russia with Love, Moonraker, Casino Royale
    Miami, Florida/The Keys/Bahamas- Goldfinger, Thunderball, License to Kill, Casino Royale
    Cuba- Octopussy (pre-title sequence), GoldenEye, Die Another Day

    He's been to Egypt twice (DAF PTS, TSWLM), 3 times if you count the games (EON)

    I think he's might have been to Russia more than once, but I can't remember when apart from GE.

    California, Venice, Brazil, Outer space etc

    I just don't remember any France/Paris bit, maybe it's late and I'm tired but there you are, the Drax estate and pheasant shoot was in California if memory serves

    The Drax estate was based in Southern California, but was actually filmed in France. This is from the Moonraker Wiki entry.

    Drax's mansion, set in California, was actually filmed at the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, about 55 kilometres (34 mi) southeast of Paris, for the exteriors and Grand Salon. The remaining interiors, including some of the scenes with Corinne Defour and the drawing room, were filmed at the Château de Guermantes.

    He probably did go to Paris in Moonraker...but we never see it. He arrives on an Air France flight in Rio...this is after the scene in Venice. So technically he must have gone from Venice to Paris and boarded the Concorde at Paris CDG!...so in a way...yes. Bond did go to Paris in MR...just not on film.
