The Film I Worked On - "Beautiful Garden"

HASEROTHASEROT has returned like the tedious inevitability of an unloved season---

Hey everybody... back about a year ago, and for a month this past August, I was working on the set of a locally made independent film titled "Beautiful Garden"... i started off my first day as a normal PA - and because I worked my *** off, the second day on set, I was promoted into the vacated 2nd Assistant Director position.... it seems like forever since we worked on this thing, but here are some clips from it that were recently posted to youtube by the director.... (there might be some issues with youtube itself - because some of the audio might not be in sync)

The film is basically about these people who live in a squat house - because they pretty much have nowhere else to.. and how all their sort of messed up stories connect with one another - and what seems to be this weird, bizarre utopia - starts to crumble and give way to a dark and seedier side to things...... kind of like a Lord of Flies type of story....

The house grows ever more treacherous and Eric continues to lose his cool. Jason tries talking sense into his friend, assuring him that he has a plan.
Featuring - Alexander Mendeluk as Jason Christopher Peplin as Eric

Things heat up between Lauren, Jason, and Conner.
Featuring - Richie Matthews as Conner Jade Viggiano as Lauren Alexander Mendeluk as Jason Molly Bannon as Party Girl 1 Laura Bergant as Party Girl 2 (theres a weird cut at one point in this - not sure if it's intentional, or a youtube F'up)

Anxiety keeps Lauren from a good night sleep. She takes a stroll outside and finds Jason alone with a bottle of wine.
Featuring - Jade Viggiano as Lauren Alexander Mendeluk as Jason

i was also contacted by the director to do up some movie posters and one sheets for the film.. and these are the 3 i came up with...
