I am not kidding that is one of the longest games of football I have watched, deserved win for United.

    Give Maguire a new contract.

Gakpo had a few chances at the end.
I said earlier in the season that it's going to be a close title fight.
Salah magic needed for us as usual (7-8 years)

I was surprised Salah was subbed off, United only 2 points behind Liverpool now. Football is a funny old gam.

Bruno pass for the winner was world class.

I wasn't surprised Salah was subbed off, Frimpong and Chiesa coming on looked good.
Maybe it's better if Salah is on the bench next game and comes on as a "super sub" to find form ? Gotta play the in form players.

Ekitike should have started ? The manager made some mistakes.
I've been saying for 2 seasons we need more defenders........

Bruno has carried the team for years and a good finish from Harry who almost left the club so many times over the years.

Ekitike signing arguably meant you did not need Isak, Liverpool have a serious full back issue.

They needed another striker/forward because they lost Jota,Diaz,Darwin.
Didn't need another mid,Wirtz, especially at that price.

Let's have a look at gameweek 8 before the gameweek 9 deadline tonight! With an average of 56 points, down from 60 points the previous gameweek, this was still a round that saw managers scoring good scores. Many managers in our league comfortably beat the average score, but none did better than Red Warriors, scoring 81 points. Congratulations! =D>

A long week for me, so I haven't had much time for football. Did find time to watch Arsenal beating Atletico Madrid midweek though. The first half was so-so, without many chances, but I love how the team looked in the second half. Easily one of the better performances of many of the players so far this season.

Here are the gameweek 9 captaincy picks!
    Haaland: 9
    Salah: 2
    João Pedro: 1
    Gibbs-White: 1
    Gyökeres: 1
    Semenyo: 1

No surprises in the captaincy picks this week. On current form it's hard to look past Haaland. Still, six managers have looked elsewhere with their captaincy picks. Out of these, only Salah is captained by more than one manager.
